Studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units are available for rent, ranging from 221-721 square feet.

8. Payment process:

(1) Submit the reservation application after confirming the reservation

(2) The reservation deposit must be paid within 48 hours after receiving the reservation deposit invoice. Otherwise, it will be deemed as cancellation. If there are special circumstances, please inform us immediately

(3) After paying the reservation deposit, a receipt, rent document and contract will be issued. After receiving the documents, you must pay the rent according to the documents and sign the contract.
