I have lived in this house for a whole year, and the overall living experience has been very comfortable. The layout has plenty of natural light, and daily ventilation is excellent. All the appliances and furniture are complete and functioning well; the air conditioner and water heater are without any faults. Any small issues with the house are dealt with promptly after feedback. The corridor is clean and tidy, and the convenience store and bus station are just a few minutes' walk away, making life and travel convenient. The sound insulation effect in the room is good, ensuring that I am not disturbed while resting, and the hygiene level is also good.

Overall, it's quite acceptable, just average. I live on the second floor, and the space is a bit larger than usual, but you must be able to tolerate the noise. Living in this apartment are all students; safety is okay, but the surrounding environment is a bit lacking. I am in a shaded area, and sunshine ☀️ is quite a luxury!

The decoration is new, the hot water supply is sufficient, and the internet speed is quite fast after installation. The staff will respond while on duty. The sound insulation is decent except for very loud noises, and there are regular inspections for the elevator. The common kitchen can be used while the supervisor is present.

Sham Shui Po looked quite dangerous the first time I visited, but in fact it’s full of long-time local residents of China Hong Kong and Black working folks, so it’s pretty safe. It’s a seven- or eight-minute walk to the subway station, and during the year I lived there, the place I ate at most was the McDonald’s next to the station. The overall facilities are okay, though not very new. The edge of the desk scratches your hand, but you can just tape it up and use it normally. The internet speed is good enough for daily use. Before renting, they promised top-floor facilities in the shared area, but none of them were actually there. It didn’t really matter in the end. The kitchen on the lower floor couldn’t really be used either; it closed before mealtime every day, and even the microwave couldn’t be used, so I had to buy one myself. The air conditioner broke two or three times, and China Hong Kong is unbearably hot. The toilet in the bathroom never got clogged, but the shower head was very old, and the water came out in a messy stream. If you have the energy, you can ask whether it can be replaced. The water was cut off once or twice, which was really troublesome. But I rented quite late, and for a single room with a private bathroom, the price was still acceptable. If you rent earlier, you can get a better place in Mong Kok with a kitchen. The pictures are pretty close to the actual place, except the real place isn’t as cozy as it looks in the photos, nor is it as big as in the pictures. For example, LinaBell in picture two looks very small, but in picture three she looks very big—that’s the magic of a wide-angle lens!

The room is clean and tidy, with good lighting and ventilation. The air conditioning and refrigerator are complete and in normal use. It is quiet and safe, with convenient transportation and shopping. The staff are enthusiastic and responsible, and communication is smooth. Any issues are dealt with promptly, making it very reliable. Overall, the living experience is comfortable and offers great value for money.

Suitable for one person. It offers a private space with no disturbances, security is fairly good, and there is plenty of storage space. There is no washing machine, and the kitchen can only be used when the administrator is on duty, from around 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The entire process was done through online booking, and the consultant's introductions were quite detailed. The videos sent matched up with the actual stay, and there was someone to manage things in the later stages. Overall, the stay experience was very satisfactory.
