【Fees and Services】
One month's rent and a deposit equivalent to one month's rent must be paid in advance when confirming the reservation. The deposit will be refunded within one month after the lease expires.

• More than 3 months to 12 months lease: two months’ rent as deposit
The rent includes government rates and land taxes, management fees, service charges, utility charges and broadband connection

-Garden and barbecue facilities, private reservation of barbecue facilities requires additional charges.

-Room cleaning service is provided once a week, including one change of bed linen and towels (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
