Students must pay in two or three installments, pay the security deposit within 14 days after moving in, and the second installment within 14 days after moving in. The remaining accommodation fees must be paid on December 15

Yixiang Haoju as a third-party platform booking intention deposit rules:

1. In order to protect the rights of students to book a room while waiting for the formal contract of the apartment, and to deal with the situation that the apartment is slow to process the contract during the peak season, and reduce the risk of loss of housing sources, the third-party platform provides a "temporary deposit of intention deposit" service.   The intention deposit "800 yuan" is a temporary place-occupancy fee to express the sincerity of booking a room, not the final rent or deposit. The intention deposit can handle our 1-15 working days of queue booking. After receiving the amount, the consultant will synchronize the apartment to issue the contract as soon as possible.

1. When the apartment opens the reservation and processes the reservation, the application of students who pay the intention deposit will be given priority.

2. Extension of reservation:
- If the apartment contract is not completed within 1-15 working days of the reservation period, if the student still has the intention, he/she can apply for an extension of the reservation period (providing the apartment delay certificate is required), with a maximum cumulative period of no more than 30 working days.      3. During the reservation period, if the student has booked other properties with the same rental period through Yixiang Haoju, an unconditional refund can be made.

2. Refund rules
1. Full refund conditions:
- After successfully signing the apartment contract, apply for a refund in the system background with the formal contract, screenshot of the deposit payment and the payment voucher of the intention deposit.
- If the contract is cancelled due to reasons of the apartment (official proof must be provided), an unconditional refund can be made.
2. If the student is in the reservation period waiting for the contract, the refund can be made at any time.
3. If the student receives the contract sent by the consultant, even if it is within the extended reservation period applied by the student, the platform does not accept any reason for the refund.

3. Supplementary provisions
1. The right to interpret these rules belongs to the third-party platform and the cooperative apartment.
