Accommodation rules
1. The apartment has facial recognition and smart card access management. Smart card permissions: elevator, room, lobby entrance. If the smart card is lost, it must be reported to the management office immediately.
2. The quiet time of the apartment is: 23:00 to 8:00 the next day and all public holidays. Avoid making any noise during the quiet time. Violators will be fined HK$2,000 each time.
3. Visitors are not allowed to visit the room at any time. They can visit the meeting room after being invited by the tenant and completing the registration. Violators will be fined HK$2,000.
4. Electrical appliances exceeding the total length, width and height of 100cm*50cm*30cm are not allowed to be brought into the apartment without permission.
5. Cooking is prohibited in the room or public areas except the kitchen.
6. Open flames including candles and aromatherapy are prohibited. If a fire alarm is triggered, a fine of HK$2,000 will be imposed.
7. Smoking is prohibited. Once discovered, a fine of HK$2,000 will be imposed.
8. The apartment has the right to conduct a monthly room cleanliness and safety inspection with prior notice to the tenant.
9. The apartment provides cleaning of floors and bathrooms once a week. Additional cleaning costs HK$150 per time.
10. If any amount is deducted from the deposit during the lease period, the tenant needs to immediately pay the apartment again an amount equivalent to the deducted amount. If any fees are not paid on time, the tenant needs to pay an additional 2% overdue interest.
