Within 14 days before moving in: pay 2 months accommodation fee and 2 months utilities prepayment as deposit, and make up the remaining 1 month accommodation fee and utilities prepayment in the first quarter
Within the first 14 days of each quarter: pay 3 months accommodation fee and utilities prepayment
