My renting process went quite smoothly. I knew very little about China Hong Kong before, but in the initial stage, Teacher Luca communicated quickly about asking for rooms, viewing them, and signing contracts, and the costs were clearly stated (rent, deposit, whether utilities are included, etc.). For someone just arriving in China Hong Kong, this is really convenient, as you don’t have to compare too many options by yourself. The room size is the typical one found in China Hong Kong; it's not large, but it's sufficient for daily living. The location is really good; it's convenient for eating, shopping, and taking the subway downstairs, which saves a lot of time on commuting.
The corridor has surveillance, ensuring safety. The landlord is very friendly, and the facilities are well-equipped. The air conditioning works well, and the cleaning is also tidy. Overall, it feels great🫶🏻.
The house renovation is really great, and the furniture material is also very good. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent lighting and ventilation during the day. The bed can be pushed up to serve as a sofa, which is convenient for guests, and the table can also be pulled and pushed, which is worth praising.
