The monthly rent includes the following:

Incidental deposit:
HK$3,000 incidental deposit required upon check-in

Full payment and a one- to two-month deposit are required upon booking. A long-term stay agreement is required.

Extended stays must be notified in writing at least 15 days prior to the expiration of the agreement. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any extension. Any extension must cover a full calendar month to qualify for the monthly rate discount. Otherwise, it will be considered a short-term stay and charged at the daily rate (rates and availability are subject to change without notice).
