(4) Pay the second installment of 6 months' rent by August 1st.
A total of 12 months' rent is paid in two installments to enjoy the annual payment discount.

(3) Pay the first installment of 3 months' rent within 14 days after signing the contract.
(4) Pay the second installment of 3 months' rent by August 1st.
(5) Pay the third installment of 3 months' rent by January 15th next year.
(6) Pay the fourth installment of 3 months' rent by April 15th next year.
A total of 12 months' rent is paid in four installments, and quarterly payment does not enjoy discount activities.
