The place is really great! It was newly renovated this year, with brand-new facilities and appliances, and the space is spacious at around 15 square meters. One side has four windows that bring in plenty of natural light, and since the windows face northeast, you can get sunlight in the morning. For someone like me who loves opening windows for ventilation, it feels very comfortable!! There is also a clothes-drying rod installed on the ceiling that can be pulled down, making it convenient to dry clothes. The small kitchen has a built-in induction cooktop and sink, and the bathroom even has a smart toilet. The whole building is in a very quiet residential area. Although the building is a bit older, the stairwell is simple, clean, odor-free, and well ventilated. Overall, I’m truly very satisfied with the place! I also want to thank Liora for working so hard to help me organize and recommend all kinds of great apartments 🥹 Highly recommend!!
