Cancellation 4 weeks before check-in will only deduct a penalty of 260, and the rest of the house will be refunded.

2., if the starting time of the house you have reserved is August, September or October 2022 and the lease period exceeds 37 weeks or you have reserved the house for 51 weeks starting from August 22, please refer to the following terms,
You need to pay a reservation fee of 260 within 48 hours of receiving the invoice and the balance (or the first installment) before July 4, 22.

Cancellation of reservation before July 4, 22, only a penalty of 260 will be deducted, and the rest of the rent will be refunded.
Cancellations made after 4 July 22 are non-refundable


3. If your visa is refused: you need to provide official information such as the certificate of refusal to sign to the apartment. Please refer to the following terms after the apartment is approved,
Cancellation of reservation 2 weeks before check-in shall be deducted with a fine of 260 and the rest of the house price shall be refunded.
Cancellation of deduction of 2 weeks' room charge and 260 reservation fee within 0-2 weeks of stay
