We offer a 14 day cooling off period from return of completed contract and deposit. As you will see from our website in order to confirm a booking a €100 booking fee and a €250 booking deposit are payable. The booking deposit is fully refundable when a cancelation occurs.

If you cancel prior to occupation you will get your deposit back without deduction only the €100 booking fee is withheld, if you cancel after the 1st of August having paid your first instalment you will be refunded your deposit fee in full and the un-expired portion of your licence fee on a pro-rata basis as soon as your room has been resold.
