GREEN CENTRAL SUITE Our spacious and bright apartment with solid wood parquet and contemporary decor has a true feeling of an Italian style home. The apartment is very close to Central Station and is within walking distance of one of the most famous shopping streets in the city, Corso Buenos Aires. Very well connected with subway lines. The area is full of pubs, bars, restaurants, and places to visit! On the fourth floor of a prestigious condominium with elevator, natural light opens the beauty of this apartment, consisting of two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms equipped with every comfort and a modern fully equipped kitchen. In the living room you will also find a comfortable couch. A terrace with an interesting view completes the house. Check-in is available at all times, but a surcharge may be required based on arrival time. Payment of €35 will be required after 7pm on weekdays while Saturday and holidays the surcharge will be applied at any hour. IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the occupancy tax requested by the Municipality of Milan (children / teenagers under the age of 18 are exempt); the cost is 2 Euro per person per day that you will have to pay in cash at check-in.
