This rental house has been cleverly transformed into a place ready to welcome guests from all over the world traveling to Milan for business or pleasure. The hospitable and pleasant atmosphere of this apartment offers functional, furnished, and equipped environments. The equipment includes WiFi internet (unlimited), washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning/heating in each room, TV, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, and much more. Linen is provided in the apartment based on the number of people. The living area includes a relaxation area with two comfortable sofas placed in front of the TV, a dining table with chairs and extendable, a beautiful kitchen with an island/worktop fully equipped with everything you need to prepare dishes and dishes at will. This part of the house, furnished with shabby style, is illuminated by large windows that overlook a quiet internal courtyard. The apartment accommodates up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms, spacious, comfortable, and equipped. The people who will stay will be able to choose how to have the beds prepared as in the 3 bedrooms there are single beds, which can be joined to form a double. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and useful desks to place computers or personal effects. The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. A short distance from the city center, the house is very well served by means of transport allowing you to reach the historic center in less than 15 minutes. Services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants in the area, a few steps from the house. However, if you like to take a nice walk through the famous streets of Milan including Corso XXII Marzo (famous for shopping), the historic center is only 2.5 km away from the house. COSTS - 300 euros which will be returned within 10 days from the day of check-out - Contract registration fee 105 euros - Late check-in fee 40 euros after 20 - Final cleaning fee is 140 euros - It includes 2 cleanings per month with linen change.
