The apartment is on the third floor and is very quiet because all the windows overlook the internal courtyard. There is a bedroom with a double bed + a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea machine. The bathroom has a shower and in the apartment there is a small balcony. All rooms have windows. Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Sheets and towels are provided and there is also a washing machine. Check-in is available at all hours, but a supplement may apply depending on the time of arrival. A supplement may be requested depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 3pm to 7pm on weekdays - €35 from 3pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays - €35 from 7pm to 11pm on weekdays - €50 from 11pm to 1am each day of the week - €75 from 1am to 7am each day of the week SHORT STAYS (less than 30 days): - IMPORTANT - Please note this will be required payment of the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Milan (children / young people under 18 are exempt); the cost is 2 euros per person per day which must be paid in cash at check-in. * EXEMPTION: Those who stay in residences, holiday houses and apartments and in holiday homes managed by non-profit organisations, as identified above, for the period of stay beyond the fourteenth consecutive day. The cost of each single kit (includes sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €5 per month. The cost of each double kit (includes sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €7 per month. Payment upon check-in - Electricity costs are not covered with the rental price.
