EN My apartment is in zone 1 in Milan, in Via Crivelli, a very quiet street, less than 10 minutes on foot from Bocconi, the Statale, the polyclinic, and 15 minutes from the Milan Cathedral, with a nice park in front. Furthermore, the Crocetta stop of the yellow metro is a 5-minute walk away, while some of the most important trams are a 2-minute walk away, such as the 9 or 29 of the ring road or the 24 that leads to the Duomo . There are many shops and bars/restaurants in the area, considering also that the canals are a 15-minute walk and 5 minutes by direct tram. The house is comfortable, I rent two rooms Both well furnished with a desk. I provide bed linen and towels and room cleaning once a week, included in the price, but I ask guests to keep the room in good condition. In the refrigerator, there is a space dedicated to each guest and free access to the kitchen. I have been renting rooms for many years, I live alone with my old and quite dog, and I have always established an excellent relationship with the guys who have alternated from all over the world, I have remained friends with many of them and they often come and visit me. Some of them in the past have decided to have a family relationship with me, they asked me to eat together often, otherwise, I give maximum privacy and freedom. The owner lives in the apartment and at least one month's notice is required to leave the room. Expenses related to the consumption of air conditioning and hot air are not included in the price.
