In the area you find several services, including a Carrefour Express supermarket (Via Luigi Settembrini 27, at 150 meters), a Unicredit bank (Via Napo Torriani 10, 250 meters) and a Vitruvio Pharmacy (Via Vitruvio 39, at 150 meters). Living room and kitchen The flat opens onto a nice day area with a functional open-plan kitchen provided with all comforts and filled with natural light. In the living room you will spend pleasant moments thanks to the flat screen television and the comfortable sofa bed. During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day a security deposit will be required, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
