The apartment is located in the district of Calvairate which is 3 km from the Duomo but which is like a village. Everyone goes to buy the newspaper from Giancarlo in Piazza Martini, stop for a beer at Bakelite or for a glass of wine at Antidot. Everyone took at least an ice cream from Melaverde or ate a pizza from Napule's. Everyone sooner or later made a runaway to the flea market of Piazzale Cuoco to retrieve some otherwise unavailable vintage piece. The apartment consists of a large living area with double sofa bed, dining table and TV, a kitchen, a double bedroom with a very large wardrobe and a balcony, a bathroom with shower and window. The Calvairate and Molise district is a district with large squares that are as many parks: Piazzale Martini, Piazza Insubria, Piazzale Cuoco. The district is delimited by the “narrow” ring road of Viale Umbria and crossed by the “wide” ring road of Viale Molise. The square of the "Locals" is Piazza Insubria, with gardens full of tall trees and shaded spaces and alleys and parquet floors that join almost seamlessly with Piazzale Ferdinando Martini. The square, an oasis of tranquility, is surrounded by restaurants and shops. From Milan Linate Airport you can reach the apartment in 35 minutes with the new M4 metro and bus 92. The Passante Porta Vittoria is a 7-minute walk away. Costs not included in the rental fee: - €100.00 per month (VAT included) for a mandatory monthly cleaning service; - €200.00 one time (VAT included) for the cleaning service at the end of the rental; - €130.00 per month (VAT included) for contract opening and closing services, check-in and check-out and customer care. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANT!!! Remember that no later than 3 working days before the check-in date you will have to send Mysa Properties the documents required for the rental contract and pay the first installment of additional charges not collected by (hidden) (utilities, condominium fees, cleaning final, admin fee). If documentation and payment are not submitted within the required time, your check-in date may be postponed.
