Bright and spacious apartment located in the middle of metro line Marche (M5) and Istria (M5) perfect for students who go to Bicocca and University of Milan. The double bedroom is composed of 2 twin beds, a closet, a chest full of drawers, a desk with a chair and a large window. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, a washing machine and an oven. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating, and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us before hand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra €40, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by €80. Please be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
