The studio consists of an entrance hall, a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a large wardrobe and a TV. The open kitchen is complete with dining table, and there is also a small balcony. The bathroom has a shower and there is a convenient storage room. The nearest metro stop is Brenta (M3 - yellow line) which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Linate Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by public transport. Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 12 minutes by metro M3 (6 stops). Bocconi University can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The detailed costs are: - RENTAL: 1000€/month; - Utilities (electricity, gas, water and WiFi): 150€/month; - CONDOMINIUM FEES: €200/month; TOTAL: 1350€/month. COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME: - €1,200: security deposit (the deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out subject to apartment verification); - €170.00: Customer Care (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence; - €200: final cleaning of the apartment. Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANT!!! Remember that no later than 3 working days before the check-in date you will have to send Mysa Properties the documents required for the rental contract and pay the first installment of additional charges not collected by (hidden) (utilities, condominium fees, cleaning final, admin fee). If documentation and payment are not submitted within the required time, your check-in date may be postponed.
