The apartment is also a short distance from the Navigli, the heart of the Milanese nightlife. COSTS TO BE PAID ONE TIME: - 1 monthly deposit (1075€); the deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out subject to apartment verification; - Customer Care services (every day from 9 am to 9 pm), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence and final cleaning of the apartment after check-out: €250.00. Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to Mysa Properties the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from (hidden) (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed. IMPORTANT!!! Remember that no later than 3 working days before the check-in date you will have to send Mysa Properties the documents required for the rental contract and pay the first installment of additional charges not collected by (hidden) (utilities, condominium fees, cleaning final, admin fee). If documentation and payment are not submitted within the required time, your check-in date may be postponed.
