Modern studio apartment perfect for 3 people and equipped with every comfort is located a few meters from Piazza Statuto, from where the famous Via Garibaldi starts, a pedestrian street in the center of Turin. In 10 minutes on foot you can also reach the historical point known as the Quadrilatero Romano, full of bars, restaurants and clubs. Porta Susa station and the subway can be easily reached with a short walk. Ideal starting point to explore the beauties of Turin!

The accommodation
Comfortable and functional study of about 42 square meters is located on the second floor of a renovated period building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).
LIVING / NIGHT AREA: with double sofa bed and dining area. For the third guest a single camp bed must be provided.
KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, hob, electric and microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
SERVICES: TV with Team Vision, unlimited WiFi, independent heating with the boiler, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, high chair and cot for small children.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

Guest access
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND TO PICK UP THE KEYS AT 11.00, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late checkout if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11 on the day of check-out, if there are no other guests entering. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore you will be asked to show a valid document.

Please note that check-in takes place with key collection at our office in Turin. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. The check in time will be until 11 pm, free of charge, after 11 pm check in is not possible.

San Donato is a historic district behind Piazza Statuto, convenient for walking to the center and Porta Susa.
The main tourist attractions of the city can be reached with a nice walk to the center or by public transport.
At 200 meters supermarket open 24/7; nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, shops of all kinds, pharmacy.
Metro Principi D'Acaja stop 5 minutes walk.
Bus stop line 72 for Juventus Stadium and Reggia di Venaria at 5 minutes on foot.

Porta Susa metro and train station is 10 minutes on foot away, convenient for high-speed trains; public transport in Piazza Statuto 5 minutes on foot, to move around the city or to reach Venaria Reale; Sadem bus to Caselle airport; bus terminal Corso Bolzano/Corso Vittorio is 15 minutes on foot. Possibility to rent ToBike bikes in Via Santa Chiara.
Possibility to find paid parking on the street, otherwise there are covered paid parking lots nearby:
