Our comfortable apartment ideal for 4 guests is located in the Borgo Nuovo district - perfect location for those who love the charm of old Turin a little bohemian atmosphere. We are a stone's throw from the train station, in the city center with all kinds of shops, numerous art galleries, museums and there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The accommodation is close to two very important areas of nightlife: Piazza Vittorio and San Salvario. Ideal place to explore all the wonders of Turin.

Comfortable multi-floor apartment of about 60 square meters, is located on the raised ground floor of a stately building of the 1900s inhabited by several famous and important people. The building is equipped with concierge, laundromat and there is also a second entrance on via della Rocca. The apartment is centrally located, so you can visit the city and the best sites with a short walk.

NIGHT AREA: on the lower floor (basement) equipped with a comfortable queen bed and wardrobe.
LIVING AREA: upstairs with a queen sofa bed, relaxation corner and dining area
KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, hob, combination and microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, moka pot, plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: equipped with large and comfortable shower box with hydromassage, bidet and hairdryer
SERVICES: air conditioning - condominium roof cooling in all rooms, unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

Please note that a surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:30 until 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Turin, near the Turin Porta Nuova railway station, the bus station (including those directed to Caselle airport) and the Metro stop. The strategic position allows you to reach the places of greatest historical and cultural interest such as the Egyptian Museum, the Cinema Museum, Palazzo Reale, the Mole Antonelliana, the Regio Theater, the Carignano Theater directly on foot walking through the shopping streets. The same practicality is found in the search for refreshment as the area offers a wide choice of restaurants, bistros and bars. If you want to take a moment in the greenery or practice sports, the Valentino Park, which is a few meters from the apartment, is the green lung of the city center. With the public transport stops that are under the house you can also reach the Allianz Stadium and the Olympic Stadium.

The house is located 5 km from the access to the Turin South Ring Road and the main highways of north-western Italy, if you arrive by car.
It is also a 10-minute walk from the central Porta Nuova station if you arrive by train or shuttle from Caselle Airport.
To move in Turin, the apartment is located a few steps from the Star2 line stop, trams 7-16, buses 33-52.
All tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot from the house. For those who love cycling, it is possible to use an efficient Bike-sharing system.
Warning: the house is located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) which is accessible after 10:30. There are several paid parking lots nearby:
- Cappelletto parking, Via San Fermo 3, the rate is 10 euros per day
- Bodoni parking (ACI parking)
- Valdo Fusi parking (GTT parking)
- Vittorio park parking.
