This renovated apartment can host up to 4 people and is located inside an historic building in the "Quadrilatero Romano" area. The structure is located in the heart of the city and it is therefore possible to reach all the main points of interest in a few minutes on foot or by public transportation.
In the area you can easily find all the comforts and services needed for your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars.

This 50 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of an historic building inside the Quadrilatero Romano city center area (Restricted Traffic Area).
Newly renovated and well organized, the inside is arranged as follows:
LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed, 58'' TV 4K, dining table.
BEDROOM: loft with double bed, wardrobe and comfortable chest of drawers.
KITCHEN: kitchenette with induction hob 2 slots, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, moka and kettle.
BATHROOM: shower, bidet, wc and washer/dryer.
OTHER SERVICES: independent heating, refreshment through the floor ( it's not the classical air conditioning), unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes stand and hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

PLEASE NOTE:
Children under 7 years old age can't be hosted for security reasons related to the staircase to reach the loft bedroom.

The historic building is located in a central and strategic area to visit the city of Turin. In the "Quadrilatero Romano" it is possible to easily find all the necessary comforts for your stay such as supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars. In few minutes on foot you can visit many of the city's main attractions like:

The Egyptian Museum, the Cathedral of San Giovanni Battista (where you can find the Chapel of the Holy Shroud), the Royal Museums and Piazza San Carlo are 600m away from the apartment.
Piazza Castello and Palazzo Madama are 500m away.
Consolata Church is 850m away.
1.2km from the Mole Antonelliana and the Cinema Museum, easily reachable by STAR 1 urban line from the Egyptian Museum.

From the airport it is possible to reach the city center via SADEM bus/shuttle service, with guaranteed journeys every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on holidays, or by taxi with a 25 minutes trip.
Turin Porta Nuova Station is 1.2km away (10 minutes by taking urban line 67).
Via urban line 67 it is possible to easily reach Il Valentino and the Medieval Village too.
A few meters away from the apartment you can find the following lines stop: 5/, 13, 19, 51, 56, 58, 58/, 67, 72, 72/, 92, N10, W01, W15, W15B, W60, N10.

For those traveling by car, the apartment is located within the Restricted Traffic Area, cameras are online from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. There are further transit and parking restrictions in the various Restricted Traffic Areas zones so please, pay attention to it.
It is possible to park in the street for a fee in the surrounding areas or inside garages in the area:
- Garage Autopalazzo: €3 rate for the first hour and €2 the next ones. Daily rate €25.
- Garage Victory Central: Daily Rate €20

Please note that check-in takes place with key collection at our office in Turin. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in. The check in time will be until 11 pm, free of charge, after 11 pm check in is not possible.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.
For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize late check-outs, if possible. However, this depends on whether or not we have guests arriving on the day you leave. For this reason, we will confirm any requests of late check-out the day before your arrival.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
Early check-in is possible if there aren't other guests checking out the same day. Late check-out is possible if there aren't other guests checking in the same day.

PLEASE NOTE:
Children under 7 years old age can't be hosted for security reasons related to the staircase to reach the loft bedroom.

City tax must be payed cash upon arrival: 2,30€/Guest per night of stay.
