This property is a 10-room building. Dedicated cleaning staff will clean the common areas at least once a week. Since it is a  Share House, all spaces except for personal rooms are shared. Feel free to use the kitchen, washing machine, shower, etc., all without extra charges. The utility fee includes water, electricity, and gas, and Wi-Fi will also be provided free of charge to all guests. All rooms are equipped with anti-theft locks to fully protect your personal privacy. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area.

The monthly amount is a sum of three fixed costs.

Rent (varies by property) + Fixed utility fee of 15,000 yen + System usage fee of 1,100 yen

In addition to the above fees,
A handling fee of 30,000 yen is required at the time of reservation
A cancellation fee of 16,500 yen is required when applying for a termination
For contracts shorter than 3 months, a penalty fee (sum of one month’s rent + utility fee) must be paid.
