Weave Place - Morishita, Tokyo

Morishita is a vibrant area located east of central Tokyo. One of the area's hidden charms is its easy access to Kiyosumi Shirakawa and Kikugawa, both of which are lined with restaurants and cafes. This property is also close to the Toei Oedo Line and Toei Shinjuku Line, offering frequent access to central Tokyo.

You are welcome to invite family and friends to your apartment. Please ensure they are accompanied by you in common areas and abide by our accommodation rules. The resident hosting visitors is responsible for any misconduct by their guests during their stay, including any disciplinary action or fine deemed appropriate by Weave Management.

Studios: Visitors staying for more than 8 hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning are considered overnight guests. One overnight guest is allowed per studio per day, with a maximum of 10 free nights per month. Overnight guests exceeding 10 nights will be charged HKD 250 per person per night.

Residences & Suites: There are no special restrictions on overnight guests in Residences and Suites; however, residents must register in person at the security office.
