Weave Place – Meguro Fudomae, Tokyo

Although this property is located in an area known for its modern apartment buildings, it is also famous for its traditional shopping streets. The property consists of 36 fully furnished and equipped apartments. It offers excellent access to the Minato Ward area, Otemachi, and Tokyo Station, making it a convenient choice for commuting and attending school.

You are welcome to invite family and friends to your apartment. Please ensure they are accompanied by you in common areas and abide by our accommodation rules. The resident hosting visitors is responsible for any misconduct by their guests during their stay, including any disciplinary action or fine deemed appropriate by Weave Management.

Studios: Visitors staying for more than 8 hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following morning are considered overnight guests. One overnight guest is allowed per studio per day, with a maximum of 10 free nights per month. Overnight guests exceeding 10 nights will be charged HKD 250 per person per night.

Residences & Suites: There are no special restrictions on overnight guests in Residences and Suites; however, residents must register in person at the security office.
