This house feels quite nice overall; it gives a comfortable impression at first glance. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, so it doesn't get noisy while living here, and the daily life facilities are basically all available, which is quite convenient. The layout of the house is also acceptable, with good lighting; during the day, there is no need to turn on the lights much, and it should be very comfortable to live in for an extended period. I particularly recommend Yixiang Haoju; from the beginning consultation to the subsequent communication, they have been very patient. Any questions are answered seriously, and it doesn't make one feel dismissed, resulting in a good overall experience that is quite reassuring.
