The room is quite good, close to the subway, relatively convenient for school, and near two large supermarkets, nsk and giant. Both supermarkets are relatively cheap locally. The apartment comes with a gym and a swimming pool, and you need to swipe a card to enter. There are also quite a few security personnel. Additionally, there's a small supermarket opened on the same floor as the gym, which is quite convenient.

So I was in a rush and difficulties to find a new place near my school to move urgently that's where I fell on Jordan he helped and responded majority of my questions and after Adam introduced me to the house which is just so beautiful and everything already here the residence is really secure and clean. I'm honestly happy I found this place so Thank you Jordan and Adam.

I had a really good experience overall with the process of finding and registering my tenancy. The support team reached out to me quickly and was very responsive whenever I had questions. There were a few confusing parts along the way, especially with signing the agreement and scheduling the move-in time, but they were quick to help and resolved everything smoothly. Thanks to their support, the whole process was much easier and faster than I expected.

Good service attitude, clean and tidy, convenient for shopping, easy check-in, complete basic facilities, regular cleaning, the apartment living experience is very good, especially recommended, everyone pay more attention.

The room matches the pictures, the decoration style is simple and elegant, which I really like. Various facilities are beautifully arranged, and the hygiene is very clean. I feel at ease during my stay, and the transportation around is convenient. The sound insulation is good, the air conditioning is cool, and I had a very sound sleep all night.

After checking in to Meta, I was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The room is spacious with good lighting, so there's hardly a need to turn on the lights during the day. The furniture is complete and there is enough storage space, making it quite comfortable to live in. The apartment environment is quiet and the security is good, making everyday coming and going peaceful. The surrounding living facilities are convenient; it's easy to eat and shop, and it's not far from UPM, with a reasonable commuting time. Overall, the cost-performance ratio is good, making it suitable for international students to live long-term.

It was amazing experience. For being first time in Malaysia and starting my undergrad, I really needed the hassle free way of getting a great place to stay in and uhomes gave me the chance to have that and made everything about moving in buttery smooth and tension free. Thank you for that!

It's very close to the supermarket; it takes about 5 minutes to walk there. The subway station is also nearby, and it's a direct route to Kuala Lumpur city center.
