Hello everyone, we are now recruiting a female roommate.
At present, the vacant room is a bedroom with sunny floor-to-ceiling windows, Kingsingle beds and independent access. The room leads directly to the back garden, which is especially beautiful.
The room is empty and can be checked in at any time. We are their own rental, no intermediary fees!
The house has four bedrooms, two baths, toilet and bathroom are separate.

Our three bedrooms are all girls after studying and working in Auckland. The relationship is harmonious and very friendly!
We pack water, electricity, net, natural gas, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, dishwashing liquid, etc. (not heater ha).
Kitchen equipment: provide all cooking equipment, pots and pans, air fryer, microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, etc. Of course you can cook! Our sisters often share their cooking skills.
Every week we have someone to clean the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and public areas (so we don't take turns to be on duty).
This bedroom is equipped with full-length mirror, wardrobe, clothes rack, desk, office chair, shoe rack, storage cabinet, trash can and so on. If you are a new student, you can provide bedding, quilts, four-piece sets, pillows, etc. free of charge. In short, you can really carry a bag and check in.
