Short-Term Student Accommodation in Wellington

I had a really great experience with my consultant, Unnati Jaiswal. She was very patient and helpful throughout my accommodation search. The first room I was interested in was already sold out, but Unnati quickly helped me find another suitable option. She always responded to my questions and guided me through the process, which made everything much easier. As an international student who was urgently looking for accommodation and did not have much time to search on my own, using uhomes.com was very helpful. The service made the process smoother and less stressful, and I really appreciate the support I received from Unnati. Thank you so much for your help.

My experience finding housing through uhomes.com this time was very good. The whole process was very convenient, especially since I wasn't familiar with local housing options before studying abroad. It allowed me to get a clear idea of the locations, room types, and prices of different properties, saving me the time of searching for information everywhere on my own. For me, the most important factors before studying abroad were the location, safety, price, and convenience of the surrounding area, and all of these were very important when looking for a place to live. Throughout the entire process, my advisor Carter gave me a lot of help. He patiently recommended suitable properties based on my needs and always responded to my questions promptly. Whenever there was something I wasn't sure about, he would carefully help me communicate and resolve it. Carter was truly very warm-hearted and responsible, and his service attitude was excellent. The whole housing search process made me feel very reassured. At the time, I only had one week left to find a place, so the timeline was extremely tight, but with his help, I was still able to complete the rental process. I'm really grateful for Carter's help, and I highly recommend students who need to rent housing while studying abroad to find a place through uhomes.com!

when I find uhomes, I feel like taking care effectively. Their services is really good and useful, they also advise with practical experience for housing. And ready for supporting me when I face some trouble.

The Liwei University PPT campus is very close, located in the center of Wellington, convenient for living.

Didi di, Senior sister Wellington is here! I just arrived in Wellington this month and have been staying in UniLodge Stafford for a while. Originally, the booking time was tight, and I was worried about not finding a suitable place, but in the end, I successfully booked it through Xiyang Haoju. This apartment has decent overall facilities, and the commute to school is relatively convenient. There are quite a few good places nearby. The apartment is a shared rental type, with each person having their own private bedroom, and two to three people sharing a bathroom + living room. The area is not large, but it's a relatively good choice for a simple transition.

The housing is very good, and I am living comfortably now.

Thank you Ifa for your assistance! really appreciate the help!!!

The person who helped me was truly wonderful—from the time I was still in my home country until I had moved elsewhere—and they provided me with reliable information.
