[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
Layout: 3 Bed 2 Bath/4 Bed 3 Bath, with no more than 6 people per unit.
Configuration: A brand new apartment in Boon Keng, with a gym, swimming pool, and 24-hour security in the community. The room is furnished and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is conveniently located, close to the subway station, and can be reached by taking three stops to the city center. There are local restaurants, parks, and sports fields around. 
The apartment is 400m away from Boon Keng MRT and can be reached by walking for about 5 minutes.
The apartment is about 3.2km away from Kaplan/SMU/NAFA/LASALLE, and it takes about 15 minutes by bus to get to the school.
