[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

The interior is furnished, tidy, and clean, with maid cleaning and maintenance services provided.  

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is situated in a prime location, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, parks, shopping centers, and convenient amenities such as the MRT Purple Line.
Commuting to the city center and schools like Kaplan/SMU/NAFA/Lasalle takes approximately 10-15 minutes.
It is a 1.2 km, 12-15 minute walk to Singapore Management University, or a 2.8 km, 10-13 minute drive.
Kaplan is about a 290-meter, 3-minute walk away.
