[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
No more than six people are allowed in one house.
The community offers facilities such as a gym, a swimming pool, a BBQ area, and 24-hour security.
The interior is furnished, neat, and clean. 

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is 200 meters from Potong Pasir MRT station, about a 3-minute walk.
It is 4.2 km from Kaplan/SMU/NAFA/Lasalle, approximately a 20-minute bus ride to the schools.
The apartment is ideally located near the MRT Purple Line, Poiz Shopping Center, supermarkets, restaurants, and other public amenities.
It is close to Potong Pasir MRT station (just across the street), with nearby food courts, supermarkets (Fair Price/Hong Mao), KFC, and McDonald's.
