[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months and the entire lease starts at one year.

[Cost details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

Unit type: 4 Bed 3 Bath, with a maximum of 6 people per unit.
Configuration: Five minutes walk from the apartment, across the street is China Garden subway station and Lakeside subway station, and there are private schools nearby. One stop by bus leads to two large shopping malls. The entertainment facilities in the community are complete, including a tennis court, gym, and a large swimming pool. The indoor furniture and facilities are complete, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, four bedrooms and three bathrooms rented as a whole. There are also various types of apartments available, including master rooms/common rooms.

The apartment is 286m away from Lakeside subway station and takes about 5 minutes to walk. 
The apartment is about a 10 minute drive from NTU.
