[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
Layout: One bedroom, one living room, with no more than 6 people per apartment.
The community has a swimming pool and 24-hour security.
The room is furnished and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is 870 meters from SMU and 380 meters from Dhoby Ghaut MRT station.
