[Apartment rental period]
The lease term starts from 6 months.

[Cost Details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking the property. 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

[Apartment Features]
Public facilities such as swimming pools and gyms are provided within the community.
There are convenient facilities such as a food center, coffee shop, shopping area, supermarket, and sports center around the apartment. 
The apartment is equipped with paid shuttle buses from the central to western schools, and the schedule is arranged according to the class schedule. 

[Geographical location]
The apartment is located in a prime location, close to Aljunied MRT and Paya Lebar Metro Station. 
The bus stop is right outside, and the transportation network is well connected. 15 minutes by bus to PSB, 13 minutes to JCU, and 25 minutes to Kaplan. 
It only takes 8 minutes to walk to TMC.
