[Apartment Introduction]
1. 3 Bed 2 Bath, the master room has its own bathroom.
2. The deposit is 2 months' rent and a registration fee of SGD 250.
3. The lease terms are only 6 months and 12 months. If there are other tenancy requirements, proof of course is required.
4. The rent is per person. The price includes: cleaning fee, WIFI, apartment facilities (security, swimming pool, gym, etc.), student insurance, maintenance fees, customer service fees, student activity fees, etc. Utility bills are split equally.
5. Students can go to the clinic designated by the insurance company to see a doctor for free (there are restrictions on items and days)
6. Clean once a week, including ironing clothes
7. The apartment will hold an event every three months or so (charges will be charged depending on the situation)
8. Customer service is available to help students at any time on working days and during working hours at no additional charge.
9. PSB and JCU students will receive a monthly discount of SGD 50 when booking any room type.

It takes about 20 minutes by subway to reach PSB (STEM).
Kaplan can be reached by bus in about 15 minutes.
It takes about 10 minutes by bus to reach Raffles Design Institute.
JCU can be reached by bus in about 25 minutes.
It takes about 25 minutes by bus to reach NAFA.
