[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 
The rent does not include the cost of water, electricity, and internet.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

The apartment is 600m away from JCU and is conveniently located near buses, subways, food courts, and supermarkets.
