[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts from one year.

[Cost details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is approximately 3 kilometers away from Kaplan/SMU/NAFA/Lasalle and takes 15 minutes by car.
