[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost details]
Deposit one pay one, the deposit cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

The room is equipped with furniture, checked in with a bag, clean and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
From the apartment to NUS, take a 10 stop direct bus, which takes about 13 minutes.
From the apartment to SIM, take a 12 stop direct bus, it takes about 19 minutes.
There are buses, subways, food stalls, and supermarkets near the apartment, which are super convenient.
