[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
The apartment is equipped with a security guard/access control system, swimming pool, gym, green landscape, club activity center, barbecue area, tennis court, basketball court, parking lot, outdoor fitness equipment, and children's activity area.  
Fully furnished, ready to move in, clean and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located near the bus stop and shopping center.  
It takes 10 minutes to walk to Kovan subway station.
