[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
Not including bills.
The deposit is one month's rent and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking the property.
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

The apartment is approximately 11 minutes away from Beacon by bus; It takes about 22 minutes by bus to reach Kaplan; 550m away from EASB, approximately a 7-minute walk away; It takes about 34 minutes by bus to reach SMU.
