[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees, and the deposit for breach of contract after booking cannot be refunded. 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

[Apartment Features]
The room is equipped with furniture, checked in with a bag, clean and tidy.
Old style apartments, with an overall layout of rooms measuring square meters, provide a better living experience.  

[Geographical Location]
It takes about 14 minutes by bus from the apartment to JCU, and about 24 minutes by walk. 

The pictures and videos are reference pictures of the apartment types in the same community. The final room will be subject to the actual room occupied. For further information, please contact the consultant.
