[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property.  
The price does not include bills and cleaning costs. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

[Apartment Features]
The community offers a swimming pool, gym, and 24-hour surveillance.  
The room is furnished and kept clean and tidy. 

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is conveniently located, surrounded by local restaurants, parks, and sports fields.
It is a 3-minute bus ride to Beacon and a 12-minute walk to EAIM.
