[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 
The rent does not include the cost of water, electricity, and internet.

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

The interior is furnished, ready to move in, clean and tidy.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is located in Balestier, with convenient transportation. It is 600m away from JCU, a 3-minute bus ride to EAIM, and an 11 minute walk to Beacon International School.
It's a two minute walk to the bus stop, and there are subways, supermarkets, food centers, and convenience stores nearby, which are super convenient.
