Special note: The heritage collection is located in a charming storefront, which is a symbol of Singapore's cultural heritage. This means that the actual units we will assign to you may vary in terms of configuration. Although most storehouses are composed of apartments without elevators, some places have built-in elevators.

Apartment Terms and Conditions
●All bookings are non cancellable, non modifiable, and non refundable.
●Before check-in, if a reservation needs to be changed, 14 days prior notice is required.
Depends on management approval and the availability of the unit.

Bookings for less than 3 months:
●A refundable deposit of S $200 is required upon check-in and can only be paid through credit/debit cards. This will only appear in the form of authorized holding on your card. Assuming no items are lost and/or damaged in the apartment, the authorized detention will be released upon the end of your stay.
●Due to the use of a mobile self-service check-in system in the apartment, all check-in guests can only use their mobile phones. After entering their credit/debit card details, a mobile key deposit was issued for an additional fee of S $200. Guests who do not provide a valid credit/debit card will not be able to check in.
●After confirming the reservation, the complete terms and conditions of the heritage collection will be listed on the invoice.

Booking for 3 months or more:
●Termination of the lease is not allowed within the first three months of the lease.
●Termination of lease after 3 months requires 30 days prior notice. Otherwise, the tenant will be fined 1 month's rent.
●The heritage collection adopts a policy of prohibiting children in all of our properties, and we have a minimum age limit of 18 years or above.
●Pets are not allowed to stay and are strictly prohibited from entering our premises.
●The check-in time is from 3pm to 7pm, and the check-out time is 11am. If you have an official check-in time before our arrival, we will require you to book one day in advance to ensure a smooth check-in.Delayed check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
●The extension of accommodation depends on the availability of rooms and current market prices.

The pictures and videos are reference pictures of the apartment types in the same community. The final room will be subject to the actual room occupied. For further information, please contact the consultant.
