[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 12 months.

[Cost Details]
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 

[Apartment Regulations]
1. After paying the deposit, a suitable accommodation will be matched for the student within 7 business days. If the match is unsuccessful, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
2. IPA must be provided before moving in.
3. Air conditioning cleaning will be conducted every three months (students need to keep the receipt).
4. Students need to fill in the guarantor information.

Fully furnished and ready to move in.
The surrounding facilities are complete and the transportation is convenient.

[Geographical Location]
It takes 11 minutes by bus to JCU and 6 minutes by subway to NAFA.
