[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The deposit is one month's rent, and cannot be refunded for breach of contract after booking a property. 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in.  

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

[Apartment Features]
Indoor with furniture, clean and tidy.
The supporting facilities around the apartment are relatively complete, making travel convenient. 

[Geographical Location]
It takes about ten minutes by bus to reach JCU directly, and about half an hour to reach Kaplan/NAFA/SMU. 
There is a food pavilion downstairs in the apartment, making life convenient.
