The price includes:

Water and electricity fees: The monthly limit for each room is $100 for one person and $125 for two people. (room rate plus $200) 
Quarterly air conditioning service.
Weekly cleaning services in public areas.

The cost and instructions for booking a room:
Deposit (one month's rent amount)
One time management fee: $218 (including consumption tax)
Stamp duty paid to the government: needs to be calculated
One month's rent amount (including a $50 membership fee)
Moving out fee: $163.5 room - $273 whole set (including GST, depending on room type) will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the member after the lease ends. 
The deposit will be refunded within 45 days after the lease expires.
30 days prior to the expiration of the lease, notice is required for renewal or relocation.
